Did you know that Adobe’s free Adobe Reader software includes simple tools for easily adding PDF corrections to your proofs?

These tools will not only save you a pile of time communicating changes, but we can import them to the master artwork and implement them with a couple of clicks. Not only does this save you and your favourite graphic designers time, it dramatically cuts down on the potential for miscommunications and copy/paste errors.

To help you out, we’ve made up a quick cheat-sheet that you can view by clicking on the image, or download a printable PDF here.

Important note! If you don’t have the free Adobe Reader software installed, your PC will likely try to open our PDFs in either Word (ugh!) or worse again, Edge/Internet Explorer. For fellow Mac users, Preview will likely be the default app. For all these lovely PDF correction tools, you’ll need to install the free Adobe Reader.

If you need to talk to one of the design team about PDF corrections, files and all the other lovely things we can do with them, Don’t hesitate to give us a shout!
