As well as heading up the company, Dave is part of the Graphic Design team. With over 25 years of experience in graphic and web design, Dave has a razor sharp eye for detail and a wealth of technical know-how. Dave also holds a post-graduate diploma in Advanced Business Management giving him unique insights and understanding of our clients organisational needs.

Erica leads the Web Development department with a razor sharp eye for quality and superhuman powers of organisation. Erica graduated her BSc degree in Multimedia Applications Development with the highest ever grade attained for the course in 2017. She joined Vitamin soon after and has since pioneered the unique WordPress development stack we use to deliver world-class websites.

Expert graphic designer Ross qualified in 2001 with a BA in Graphic Design, and joined Vitamin in 2014. Ross’ creative flair lends itself to our websites, infographics and print materials, with an imagination that brings design originality and a real ‘wow-factor’ to any project. Ross is also a master illustrator, and is equally gifted whether he’s working with a pencil or a mouse.

Ryan joined us in 2020 and leads the Digital Marketing team. He has a penchant for problem-solving, strategising the best means of delivering excellent results for our clients. With a Postgraduate Diploma in Digital Marketing, as well as an MSc in Strategic Communications, Ryan has direct responsibility for a number of our eCommerce and professional services digital marketing accounts.

A truly gifted coder, Hammad completed his BSc in Computing Science in 2019 shortly before joining Vitamin. Hammad is very technically-minded, and always brings a logical approach to the websites he develops, never shying away from a challenge. As a problem-solver, Hammad loves working on new projects that allow him to constantly build upon his development skills.

Having completed her BSc in Creative Computing in 2023, Kate rounds out our expert Web Development team with her exceptional attention to detail and consideration for the user experience of the end user. She adds an injection of creativity to our web projects and places a great importance on aesthetic and ease-of-use. Kate supports with web builds and ongoing maintenence.

Cillian graduated from his BA in Business and Arts Management in 2018. Having joined us in 2023, Cillian has quickly become invaluable to the clients he works with across the arts, technical services and retail spaces. He has a knack for seeing things from the perspective of his clients’ end users, and uses this to address their pain points and offer solutions with action-provoking content.

With a great eye for detail and a results-driven approach, Emma strives for excellence in everything that she does and has a particular affinity for paid digital advertising. Having joined us in 2023 upon competion of her BA in Marketing and Digital Media, Emma brilliantly executes high-converting campaigns for her clients across the financial services, property and public body clients.

There’s always got to be someone who makes sure we don’t lose the run of ourselves – and that person is Dee, our Financial Controller. She manages the books and makes sure we’re all paid on a part-time basis, with a wealth of experience in finance and accounts. Plus, as Dave’s wife, Dee is a ‘day one’, supporting Dave with Vitamin from its humble beginnings to where we are today.

One half of our two canine colleagues, Hugh (or Hughie, as he is better known) is full of beans and has a lot of love to give, both to the team and to visitors of the office alike. With his extremely positive attitude and big heart, no one can deny that he adds a layer of camaraderie to our office environment, with his unique ability to turn any bad situation on its head – just by looking at you.

Our other four-legged team member is the quiet but gentle Joe – or Joey as we like to call him. In contrast to Hughie, Joey is the more ‘chill brother’ who enjoys his own space the most of all. He much prefers to observe whatever situation he finds himself in, making him the perfect risk assessor, with his level headed demeanor, to keep us grounded in the decisions we make as a business.
